My daughter loves it. Sure, no need to pedal anymore in our hilly region. My wife now is able to pull trailer with smaller (6y) boy too. Powerful enough. As for taller guys like me (6') it is quite short and my shoes are touching front wheel on turns.

Best E-bike for MY needs. Excellent value.

I took it for a 3 mile ride yesterday and even up a rather steep hill, it never dropped below 10 miles an hour on pedal assist level 3 (out of five levels). The battery only went down 1 % and I maintained pretty close to 17 miles an hour the entire time. Incredibly comfortable (though I added a 180mm riser for the handlebars so I can sit more upright). I recently had heart surgery and lost 38 lbs in 3 weeks... much of that was muscle, and this lets me work enough to get some of that muscle back, and then rely on the throttle if I get tired to get me home safely. It's pretty heavy for me currently to lift up my stairs, but with the throttle, I was able to muscle it up to my garage from my apartment, where I will keep it going forward.

Awesome affordable e-bike

My wife and I have had these for over a month now and are completely impressed! We have about 100 miles on each and, like a lot of reviewers have said, if you keep the assist on level 1, the battery lasts and lasts. But, if you need the extra push due to inclines or hills, the extra levels of assist are simply amazing.
We have been to South Mountain State park (the largest in NC) twice in the last month with 20+ MTB miles each trip out. The MTB trails have some extreme elevation changes and rocks and roots and gullies and I have pushed a SAMEBIKE many times through some of the rougher stuff. With these bikes, I managed between 6 and 10 mph up the same steeeeeep hills. I do NOT use the throttle but use 2nd or 3rd gear with a 3 or 4 assist level - I find that this works GREAT!
