Bought the black for my wife and it arrived in 5 days. Packaging was meticulous and assembly instructions were clearly diagrammed. First impression, this step thru Ebike is beautiful and well made and the most comfortable bike we have owned. It is lighter and smoother than those we rode at the local Ebike shops and is about 1/3 the price by the time they charge their markup, build/assembly, and sales tax. Highly recommended!!

I love this bike, well built good value. I was hesitant to buy an electric assist bike for exercise. It seems like you would not get a good workout, however my heart rate goes just as high but instead of going 4 miles in 30 minutes I do almost 6 miles in 20 minutes. And if you don’t feel like exercising just twist the throttle and go.
