I only have my bike a few days but I am well impressed with it's performance. I'm over 6 ft tall and 18 stone heavy . It's comfortable powerful well made and good value . A good purchase for me and have no recommending it.

Just finished putting together my cy20. Love it. Will be test riding later when my helmet arrives.
At the beging i had to adjust the front tire because the error 025 was displaying each time that i press the brakes, but when i could resolve the ebike is going perfect.
I like the ebike because is a real concept of electric bike and that i was looking for. I didn't want those ebikes that have the pure electric mode because i don't need that kind of ebike.
It is a powerfull ebike because there are a lot of hills and i use until PAS number 4 of the 5 that the ebike has.

I really like this bike - comfortable and easy to operate now that I’ve got the hang of it. It is bigger and heavier than I expected, but it’s given me the confidence to get back out and can join my teenage boys on bike rides again, which is great!

First the bike is very sturdy, balanced and comfortable to ride. Fitting the battery is ok if not a little fiddly. The brakes are very good even though cable activity. I received a pair of panniers that are extremely good. The suspension is adequate for the bike price and the seat is fine.
The bicycle arrived two days before the scheduled date. I paid for it via PayPal on 05/08/2026 and received it on 10/08/2026. I have tried it, and it works very well. The after-sales service is excellent. They respond immediately. The bicycle has a very nice white color. In summary: very happy!
