    New and unused e-bikes can be returned within 14 days with a charge of €185/bike for shipping and restocking. We will send you the label, please print it out and stick it outside the box and wait for the courier to pick up the package at your place.

    The shipping time usually takes 3-7 business days, depends on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

    Are samebike electric bikes legal in Europe and UK?

    The SAMEBIKE electric bicycle is fully compliant with the legal regulations for assisted bicycles in both the European Union and the United Kingdom:

    1)Maximum Speed:
    The default speed setting upon purchase aligns with EU/UK regulations at 25KM/H. However, for those inclined, it's possible to unlock the speed limit to reach 35KM/H or higher (instructions to remove the limit can be obtained from customer service).

    2)Maximum Power:
    The motor doesn't have explicit power markings, adhering to EU/UK regulations. The actual motor power is indicated by the "D" code, like "500W" as "500D" or "250W500D," encompassing both rated and peak power within legal limits.

    3)Pure Electric Drive Mode:
    The bike comes with a detachable thumb throttle. Removing it complies with EU/UK regulations, which prohibit a pure electric mode. However, users can install the throttle according to preference for a pure electric mode (instructions for the detachable throttle are included or available via customer service).

    4)Product COC Certification:
    All SAMEBIKE models have obtained CE and UKCA certifications from the EU's ECM institution, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

    SAMEBIKE SM-C02 is a step-through foldable electric scooter with seat suitable for any height. It is suitable for city riding and commuting, and can also be carried for travel.

    Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP54 standard, the motor, battery and display is the IP64.

    This scooter is comfortable to use with a seat, me and my husband use it for quick trips around the neighborhood or to grab some groceries. It’s easy to assemble and use, the range is supposed to be 18.6 to 25 miles. It’s been okay for what I need. The seat is wide and adjustable, it has a carry basket that can be set in the back. The tires are solid, no flats so far. It is handy for hauling stuff like bread or veggie bags.

    Questo scooter elettrico è facile da installare e non è costoso. Vale la pena averlo anche se è un po' pesante! L'ho comprato per mia moglie, affinché possa accompagnare mio figlio a scuola. Ho installato un seggiolino per bambini nella parte anteriore in modo che sia molto comodo per mia moglie portare mio figlio a scuola. Vale la pena avere questo scooter elettrico!

    Ce scooter électrique est bien fait et facile à installer. Après avoir roulé, ce vélo est un bijou pour les trajets quotidiens vers l'école. Il a géré les pentes avec facilité et m'a permis de rouler confortablement et en toute sécurité. Les caractéristiques telles que la batterie, l'affichage, le démarrage par clé et les feux avant et de freinage sont très utiles et pratiques.

    I am impressed with the SAMEBIKE Electric Scooter with Seat ，The 14-inch wheels provide great stability, and the seat makes longer rides much more comfortable. It's perfect for my daily commute, with smooth acceleration and enough power to handle inclines easily. The build quality feels solid, and the battery life is excellent, allowing me to travel multiple miles on a single charge. The addition of a basket is a nice touch for carrying small items. Overall, this scooter is a fantastic value for the price and a joy to ride!
