    New and unused e-bikes can be returned within 14 days with a charge of €185/bike for shipping and restocking. We will send you the label, please print it out and stick it outside the box and wait for the courier to pick up the package at your place.

    The SAMEBIKE electric bicycle is fully compliant with the legal regulations for assisted bicycles in both the European Union and the United Kingdom:

    1)Maximum Speed:The default speed setting upon purchase aligns with EU/UK regulations at 25KM/H. However, for those inclined, it's possible to unlock the speed limit to reach 35KM/H or higher (instructions to remove the limit can be obtained from customer service).

    2)Maximum Power:The motor doesn't have explicit power markings, adhering to EU/UK regulations. The actual motor power is indicated by the "D" code, like "500W" as "500D" or "250W500D," encompassing both rated and peak power within legal limits.

    3)Pure Electric Drive Mode:The bike comes with a detachable thumb throttle. Removing it complies with EU/UK regulations, which prohibit a pure electric mode. However, users can install the throttle according to preference for a pure electric mode (instructions for the detachable throttle are included or available via customer service).

    4)Product COC Certification:All SAMEBIKE models have obtained CE and UKCA certifications from the EU's ECM institution, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

    SAMEBIKE RS-A01 Men is a 26‘’ big wheel commuter electric bike suitable for any height. It is suitable for city riding and commuting.

    Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP54 standard, the motor, battery and display is the IP64.

    Great bike at a good price

    Received bike 2 days ahead of schedule. Charged the battery that only took an hour and a half out of the box, finished putting the bike together and rode 20 miles with half a charge left. Good product 👍

    I love this bike..I use it to go back and forth to work..and no issues so far except for traffic cuz the other cars just don't care about my life but this is an awesome bike ..I do recommend

    Good value. Battery lasts quite a while, depends on how much assist you use. It can be a good workout or just a ride, up to you. I’ve put a hundred miles on it and love it.

    Can't beat it for the price! Great customer service

    I bought one of these for my son's birthday. It was packed very well, and I immediately got to work putting it together. I noticed right away that the front fork was bent too far out of alignment to get the front wheel on, so I contacted customer support. Within a day they had gotten back to me. They agreed to send a replacement fork which got to me within a couple days of our conversation. This was the last and only issue we had. The bike itself is great, my son loves it and the battery does last quite a while!

    Reliable

    Had this bike for about 10 months now and have put almost 2,700 miles on it, this bike is super easy to work on and use as a base line for learning about electric bikes as you ride. Flats are your biggest enemy if your doing any considerable road riding, I'd advise carrying a spare inner tube and a bike pump, past that this bike will get you around at a comfortable 20 mph for speed, you can expect about 20 miles of range if you ride like me and keep the bike on 3rd gear for the peddle assistance.
