After purchase everything worked properly, after about a year after purchase, unfortunately, the battery stopped working and I was hiding it at home.
I wrote several times to support, with no result, I went to the service center and it turned out that the cost of repair is the same as the price of a new battery.
Support is not helpful, I have a SY26 model and in May I wrote to them when it will be possible to buy a new SY26 battery for the bike, I bought the battery (then it was available) and after about a month of waiting they wrote to me that they return my money because the battery is not on sale....
After a month of returned purchase they wrote that it will be available at the beginning of June, it is already August and the battery is still not on sale.
It is interesting that the SY26 bike is on sale and the battery is no longer.
Maybe if I give you a bad review you will be interested in my case, until then I will not remove the review
