The SAMEBIKE electric bicycle is fully compliant with the legal regulations for assisted bicycles in both the European Union and the United Kingdom:

1)Maximum Speed:The default speed setting upon purchase aligns with EU/UK regulations at 25KM/H. However, for those inclined, it's possible to unlock the speed limit to reach 35KM/H or higher (instructions to remove the limit can be obtained from customer service).

2)Maximum Power:The motor doesn't have explicit power markings, adhering to EU/UK regulations. The actual motor power is indicated by the "D" code, like "500W" as "500D" or "250W500D," encompassing both rated and peak power within legal limits.

3)Pure Electric Drive Mode:The bike comes with a detachable thumb throttle. Removing it complies with EU/UK regulations, which prohibit a pure electric mode. However, users can install the throttle according to preference for a pure electric mode (instructions for the detachable throttle are included or available via customer service).

4)Product COC Certification:All SAMEBIKE models have obtained CE and UKCA certifications from the EU's ECM institution, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

SAMEBIKE SY26-II is a commuter electric bike suitable for any height. It is suitable for beach, off-road, city riding and commuting, and can also be carried for travel.

Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP54 standard, the motor, battery and display is the IP64.

Great E-bike for commuting and 10-20mi distances

I've had this bike for about 2.5 months and put a bit over 300 miles on it. Loved it so far. Disclosure: I am not a biker and knew basically nothing about bikes before this purchase.

My use case: I'm living in suburbs where a walk to work or the nearest shops would be 30-40 minutes. There's also a small city about 7-10 miles away that friends like to visit. I don't have a car here, so I wanted a means of transport faster than walking and more reliable/flexible than public transit. I now use it for my daily commute (~10mi there and back) and getting into town.

Awesome bike! Purchased for our 15-year-old and now my husband wants one. Holds a charge. Speed. They say it’s comfortable!

Beautiful bike

Great bike, looks to be nice quality. It was 80% assembled and final assembly was easy. The speed controller is not complicated and works great. The gear shifter works perfectly. I've had it 9 days and rode it with my dog couple 1/2 hour trips and the battery is still at full charge. The power level is ideal it runs up steep inclines with ease ( and I'm 6'2" 203 lbs.) Its worth the money.

I recently purchased the Samebike SY26-II Electric Bike, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. This e-bike is an incredible value for the price, providing a fantastic combination of features that make it ideal for both commuting and off-roading adventures.
